No dental work required those gold teeth are called "fronts" in Baltimore jargon. They're removable--just pop them in went you want, take them out when you dont. Like gold mouth guards.

I see some with no white teeth just pure gold. How is this? Those removable "fronts", is it a bother having it on while eating?

People usually take them out when they're eating. My brother, and a few other people that I know/knew had them. I never got the appeal of the damn things personally, but then again, I don't see the appeal of wearing jewelry period.
