I thought Baltimore was "Charm City"? Not looking too charming in these pictures. Actually, I grew up in Maryland and lived 20 minutes outside Baltimore for 10 years. I have been to the Inner Harbor many times, and downtown for work meetings. Once you get past the Inner Harbor, there really are many, many areas that look just like these photos. SCARY. It's a shame really. Hopefully they can continue renewal efforts. Apparently, Baltimore used to be a wonderful place to live back in the day.

I don't get it. Why go out of your way to find the worst pictures of the poor sections of a city? Everyone knows they are there but yet it seems like you enjoy the poverty? It seems pretty demented to me. Why not try to find some hope or something uplifting about an area that is obviously in need?

No...because of his representation of the city is totally one sided. Yes I agreed there are bad part of the city and also nice part of the city. From what his representation, Baltimore is basically like Iraq. If is that bad, why don't he move out?
