Not sure when WCBM adopted the all-music format but know it was in full swing in late 60s and early 70s.

The Harley Show was on WBAL. Eventually he grew tired of being preempted by Oriole baseball broadcasts and gave it up.

I'm thinking Dr. Demento was on WFBR late at night at one time.
