Begs the question - do they even build anything luxury out in the counties anymore?

Towson Promenade and the Quarters at Towson Town Center were completed over six years ago. Do you have any idea how many high end apartment projects have been completed in Baltimore City over the past 6 years?

So are they going to add a lane to either Falls Road or Northern Parkway at that intersection? Because while a nice property, I agree with those who think its going to be a HOT A MESS traffic-wise.

Duh, like there wouldn't obviously be more.

Do you have any idea about anything.

Self contained suburbs are very popular. Not everybody wants to live in the city.

So you're saying there's been more luxury apartments built in the county compared to the city? Asking for clarification.

I have no clue, but the county planning office could tell you when and where building permits were approved. Six years to me is still new.

And they are going to completely re-do Towson.

And who further out in the Burbs wants luxury apartment in their neighborhoods?

If anything people are fighting that.

It's amusing when people in the Baltimore forum, who haven't lived in the area a long time think they know what people in the suburbs need, or want or what isn't sustainable.

And they think marring the Baltimore city skyline with massive buildings everywhere is a great idea.
