Thanks @MrRational, I got a few but they seems way high, around 50K. My understanding was it should be in 30K range or less. May be because we are close to Baltimore/DC, they charge more here.

That sort of difference implies deeper matters like site conditions/materials/design/codes/licensing/insurance
