Baltimore Neighborhoods... its time to step up your game.. which one of you will land Jenna Bush and her future Husband Henry Hager as members of your community... assuming she lives in the City. You may get added layer of Police protection, at least until January 2009

It a colorful neigborhood in Baltimore. Check the forum -- there are numerous threads about it (sometimes called "Washington Village," though no one in Baltimore actually calls it that).
