I did like Parkville and Perry Hall, commuting to south baltimore/DC is pain vai TOLL/Tunnel traffic.



I did pick those ZIP as commutable via not long high way/local roads to UMBC.



Is Neighborhood Scout FREE ?


Does City data crime stat provide for address or ZIP ?

We use Spot Crime and have found the least reliable is Baltimore County Crime site. It lists perhaps one or two a day. That is unrealistic. I'm not sure if you will be working at the UMBC main campus but take a look at the western side of Catonsville. If you listed a budget I missed it, so pricing might not work for you.
