You might want to post this on Craigslist instead. Or put an ad in the City Paper.

Craigslist has dozens of ads just like yours. City Paper might work, but it costs big bucks. I recommend the Baltimorean Apartment building--not too far a drive from Good Sam; it's in the 2900 blk. of N. Charles Street. There's also an apartment complex in Medfield, near I83 and Coldspring Lane, again not too far, which has corporate temp housing.
Also there's a longterm hotel up at Loch Raven and Joppa, kinda iffy area at night, but you're only going to be there a month.
