Is Middle River considered Baltimore?? or is it it own town? i see alot of cheap rents.. i just want to make sure its not a sketchy town or neighborhood.

Middle River is it's own town inside of Baltimore County, on the water (not far from city limits though). It's generally a low income, blue collar area, but there are a few neighborhoods with nice new homes and affluent residents mixed in.
