I've just been approved for a first time home loan and I'm thinking about moving back to Baltimore if I don't get the job I applied for in Tampa (I'll know next month).
If I have to stay in this region I don't want to buy a shoebox (1BR 1BA 600sf condo) in DC, so I worked out a deal to work from home a minimum of 3 days a week, and I'm looking in the Federal Hill area. I'm really interested in using solar energy for electricity. Has anyone here made the switch to solar in Baltimore? What was the cost, and how much money are you saving/making from your setup? |
