Interesting article. we're nowhere near the bottom in RE and things are getting very bad in Baltimore even though you don't hear much about it. Ton of foreclosures in the ritzy waterfront areas and prices down about 15-20% from peak, with lots more to go...

Home foreclosures in Baltimore area up 544% - Baltimore Business Journal:

Although from February, still a bit relevant, Baltimore's rank was 66 out of the top 100 cities in the country. Not good news but better than many other places.

Lots of foreclosures in my neighborhood. I suspect a lot of them are owned by out of town "investors" who thought they'd make a fast buck.
