Default Playground / park in Owings Mills ??

Hello, my family recently moved to Owings Mills and we have been unable to find a park / playground for the children to play at... can anyone help us out??

We live close to the town center / metro station.

Check out Northwest Regional Park I haven't been to it but I don't think it's that far from where you live and the park is brand new. You might also want to check out the list of County parks on the Baltimore County website. List of County Parks

The NW regional park is nice. There is a playground, fields and paths. There is still construction though. Also, New Town elem has a park. Both are nice, and my girls met fun kids there. I've heard there is a nice one at the JCC, but I've not been. The two I mentioned I've visited above have playgrounds in sun, I was hoping to fine one with shade, so I'm looking for help as well.
