Default Best elementary schools in Baltimore County

What are the best elementary schools in the Baltimore County? Would it be the right order:
1. Stoneleigh
2. Rodgers Forge
3. Summit Park
How does Riderwood fit into this ranking?
Any info would be very helpful.

I think it would be impossible to subjectively rate elementary schools in terms of which is the best. However, the three you mentioned along with Riderwood are among the better schools in the county. I can also tell you that Fort Garrison is also viewed as a top notch elementary school. And although I don't know much about it, I'd imagine the newly constructed Woodholme Elementary would also be high quality given the surrounding area.

are you only looking at elementary schools in a certain area of baltimore county? if not, carroll manor and jacksonville (in baldwin and jacksonville, respectively) are top notch. the baltimore sun just came out with all the elementary school's test scores and both schools had superior rankings.
