What's the best vacation rental place on the Bay area?
Hello.
We were hoping to get some advice about the best places for vacation rentals on the bay area. We are looking for early next summer, about 1-2 weeks. Ideally, we'd like someplace between Philly and NC area. Would like water access for swimming (either from beach or dock), would love a swimming pool. We'd like something that is close to attractions (looking for tips) and restaurants (looking for tips). We'd NEED things to keep "tweens" active, but enough serenity for some grandparents that are coming along. We'd also be interested in areas to stay away from.
