Default Phelps Point?

Did I hear correctly that Michael Phelps has purchased a home in Fells Point? Seems like Baltimore is landing a few celeb residents that could add to the engergy and excitement in and around some of these areas....

It is true. It was on the news, and it looks like a great house. I bet the property taxes on that place are ridiculous though.

Update on his property tax bill: nearly $37,000 annually, according to public records. What a steal!
