The Munsey apartments
I am a single female in my early 30s looking for a nice apartment in Mt Vernon, Westside, harbor area. I have came across the Munsey located on N Calvert street. I am wondering if anyone can offer any insight about this property. I did drive by and saw what appeared to be a homeless person laying down or maybe an injured person? Is this the norm for apartments located in the downtown area? Is the surrounding area somewhat safe? I heard Baltimore St was a haven for prostitutes and drugs which is not for from these apartments. Just any input about the Munsey are any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
