Question Penn Station Parking/Marc Fees

I called Penn Station today and found out if I park for 12 hours, it would cost about $14 bucks a day. Some of the posts I read mentioned there is free parking around Penn Station as long as I get there by 6:15 or so. Can anyone let me know the addresses/streets of these lots? Also, I was looking at the Marc train schedule and it looks like my commute roundtrip is $14 to Union Station, is that correct? I'm new to the Baltimore area and how this Marc thing works and wanted to make sure I figured out the costs correctly. Are there discounts or anything? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

MARC sells a 10-trip ticket and an unlimited 1-month ticket. Both will save you $$$. Check the fair conversion table. Also, if you're a fed gov't employee, your agency may give its employees a quarterly transportation subsidy.

Check Maryland Transit Administration Home Page for more about the train fares. I'm not sure whether there's a discount for parking.
