Default Looking into moving to Eastwood..what do you think?

I have lived in White Marsh/Rosedale area for 8 months and I work in the city. I am looking at buying in Eastwood and I don't know much about the town. The house is rehabed and the neighborhood doesn't seem bad at all. It's not bad like where I work in East Baltimore. I can afford it there, and it's close to work. Can anyone tell me if this neighborhood is good? It's off of Eastern Ave close to the Pulaski Industrial Park. To me, it seems like older folks and teenage kids. Please let me know if you know anything that I don't:-)
