Default 101 Wells in Fed Hill

I am moving to the Baltimore area from Hoboken and am trying to decide on where to live. Does anyone know anything about 101 Wells in Federal Hill? I am thinking about moving there but did not see it when I came down to check out apartments. It looks like it is in the very south end of federal hill by 95. I am not sure what the area is like there, or with parking a car. I am most concerned with the safety of that part of Fed Hill and the safety of parking a car. If anyone has any information about 101 Wells, I would greatly appreciate it!!!

I live a few blocks north but I don't know about the apartments. I knew some construction was going on at the old, abandoned industrial site but thats all. I just googled 101 wells so for $1,000 + a month for a one bedroom I hope they are nice.
The area is in transition as is all of South Baltimore. Money moving in and forcing out everyone who can't keep up economically. I don't like it. But when I move, I will happily take the developers money.
There is crime, mostly property and drug related. But I would move here if I wanted an urban lifestyle. I have lived in the same house for forty-five years and I have never felt afraid of crime. My house was burglarized about ten years ago and although they weren't caught, I think I know who did it. My vehicle was vandalized several times over a year, but that stopped when a certain "neighbor" moved away.
Wells Street parallels 95 but there is no direct access. I can drive it but can't write it. If you need directions let me know and I'll figure it out.
