I believe Druid Lake Partners was the owner of the homes across from the park that you mentioned in a post a while back (the houses that appeared to have almost completely rehabbed but then were suddenly gutted again for no apparent reason).

I saw this on the Sun or the BBJ a couple of days ago. What I can't believe is that this guy blames everyone for his SECOND bankruptcy except himself. Personally he always seemed like a huckster to me, and I feel some <whatever that German word is for joy at other's pain> at his inevitable demise. I think he should blame himself and his wife for making bad business decisions. It just sounds ungracious to blame other people for debts you're obligated to pay yourself. Well, let us remember that bankruptcy "protection" is here to protect consumers. At least he can file for bankruptcy here in America. In many other countries, he would be blaming other people from a jail cell.

Couldn't agree more.
