Default remains to be seen....

Skyline has quite a negative reputation in our area. I wouldn't call this deal "positive". Neighbors are quite concerned about potential tenants they will rent to. We've spent hours logging complaints against their existing tenants. "Change a Neighborhood" indeed. Not necessarily for the best....

Yikes?! I am not familiar with Skyline.. I rode through this development area this past weekend and can agree that if it the residential development side (when completed) of it is done right.. it could be a nice development.. if it is done poorly or they dont attract the right mix of tenants that can make the area viable.. then I can definately see your point in terms of if the 'change' that occurs

Unfortunately, Dominion bought two of the homes on Decker, 3 and 21 I think.

Even if Dominion bought those properties, they will sell in the 230 and higher range or rent high.

Dominion has put the Decker properties back on the market in the mid to high 200s, stating they will work with the buyer on custom finishes. I'm not worried about them turning into low quality rentals.
