Baltimore or Cleveland or Milwaukee
I need some advice. If someone has lived in any of these cities could help me decide which one would be best for me? Paycheck is pretty much the same except for Milwaukee which has a 50 K difference.
I am a foreigner and have lived in neither cities before.
Plz help.

I lived in Milwaukee and Baltimore and have been to Cleveland many times. Short answer: I'll take Baltimore but Milwaukee has a very nice lakefront with lots of parks. It's cheaper to live in Milwaukee and Cleveland.

I can't speak on Cleveland, but after visiting Milwaukee for a long weekend a couple years ago I was thoroughly impressed by it. The areas I saw were pretty clean and it left a good impression on me.
As for Baltimore, it's still going through a lot of changes - for the better. It's definitely a city on the rise, and I'm getting happier that I ended up here.

Milwaukee is doing some amazing things with their urban redevelopment plans.

I live in Ohio, not in Cleveland but in Columbus. I would suggest not picking Cleveland its listed as one of the worse palces to find jobs. I myself am considering moving to Baltimore if that gives you any ideas. You might like Columbus, Ohio though.

Baltimore, Cleveland or Milwakuee
I lived in Balto (Randallstown) for 9 years. I now live in Cleveland (Shaker Heights) for the last 2 years. Both areas are good. I am from the NYC area. I visited Milwakuee several times. Milwakuee is a laid back city that is 90 miles from Chicago. Tough city to get in and out of! Cleveland is a great sports town with "medical" being the new king of the city. Baltimore is in a great location. Close to NYC, Philly, D.C. Your $$ will go far in Milwaukee. Housing is also priced well in Cleveland but the taxes (local income, resident income, sales tax 7.75%) are high.

Milwaukee is a bit harder to find a job in these days. Chicago is easier for the area.
We have several big employers here, and they all seem to be laying off: Harley Davidson, Northwestern Mutual Insurance, Miller Beer, GE Medical, Midwest Airlines, QuadGraphics.
It's a beautiful city, lots of history and gorgeous architecture, in addition to the lakefront. Also a few really nice museums, Brewers, Bucks, and Packers. Supposedly well-poised when things pick up, but so far, I've only really seen a lot of medical, medical assisting...that type of thing. I'm a technical writer, and there's zilch here right now.
I'm actually eyeing a job that just opened in Reisterstown.
