I was trying to find an earlier thread, but couldn't so here goes: There was some discussion of the very nice fire-damaged building at the northwest corner of Charles Street and North Avenue.

Well, that building, they kept saying they were rebuilding and it never happened. If they ran out of money, or the economy went bad and they couldn't finish it as a result, it's better that it be razed rather then permanently stay as a fire-damaged building. North Avenue needs all the help it can get, it doesn't need a useless eyesore that's never going to get fixed weighing it down further.
