Default Need advice...help!!!

I am a single parent of a 15 and 10 years old and am planning to move to the owings mills, md area. I just found an apartment in morningside apts. Can anyone tell me if this is a good apartment complex or not? I understand apartment living, but dont want to be run out by excessively noisy neighbors, bugs or an unsafe neighborhood. I will be working in baltimore (off liberty road). I also want to look for a house during the one year lease period, and am unsure of a good neighborhood for my children. Help, please?!?!

Default need advice....

Hi,

We are also moving to MD area. My husband got a job in Baltimore. I did very extensive research re: schools. Check out schooldigger.com We based our search for an area to live in on where the best schools are. You will see that owing mills is not on top of the list. I would have loved to live there because we have relatives in the area but we ended up going to Annapolis/severna park area.
