Default BWI Questions--getting there Memorial Day, parking...
Dark and early on a weekend morning I can get to BWI from our home in Fallston in @ 45 minutes....thoughts on how long I should allow Memorial Day Monday morning? I have a 9A departure, was thinking of leaving @ 6A. Also, where do you like to park? I know there are garages as well as lots but not sure how to reach the lots--will approach the airport from the parkway. Any help, advice appreciated--thank you.

While I can't say for sure, I imagine traffic would be pretty light on Memorial Day Monday. You should be fine leaving at 6:00am. You have many options for parking.

Coming from the north, I find the Airport Fast Park - Blue lot pretty easy to park at. There is usually not much traffic around there, and the shuttles are frequent. It is located at 1718 West Nursery Road, zip 21090. You can get discount coupons on their web site.

Michael, a salesman at Sears recommended Fast Park....didn't have the details on it so thank you.
