Default Patterson Park CDC

With the CDD liquidating, what is happening to organizing efforts in the neighborhood? Is SECO taking over, or the National Housing Service? What's going on?

We have an excellent neighborhood association that keeps things running. The Friends of Patterson Park are handling that aspect.

Summer_G is on a distinguished road
Agreed, the Patterson Park Neighborhood Association has taken over marketing efforts that the PPCDC used to manage. We're all volunteer, but we have our neighborhood at stake here. Also, Banner Neighborhoods is proving even more important than before. I think we still have a few holes though, would be nice if we had a community organizer to help with real estate.
