What is the commute time from rockville to the BWI airport (train station) at rush and free hours?

That's an ugly commute...I would estimate 2 hours in the AM rush hours and 1.5 in the PM rush hours. Non-rush hour could be anywhere between 40 minutes and 1.5 hours, depending on traffic/accidents.

I agree. In Rockville, you're at one of the worst parts of the Beltway, and you'd have to traverse that to get to 95 North.
