I had looked at housing the Govans more specifically Keniworth Park.. There are some nice large houses in this area.. and they are in good proximity to downtown, Townson, Loyola, and Morgan. There still are some sketchy blocks in the lower end of the Govans going towards Coldspring Lane.. but maybe over time they will improve. The area around Belverdere Square is certainly nice and if a new buyer for the Senator Theater.. it will certainly only improve.
