Default Mistreatment of the disabled

I have never been so outraged as I was to find that a Baltimore County School Bus driver and School Bus Attendant who are supposed to be trained in handling special needs children would be so unexperienced as to provoke and 11 year old child by not following protocol when addressing a problem and letting school staff handle the initial problem, escalating the problem on the school bus, confiscating sensitive property from the autistic child causing the child to become combative and then involving Baltimore City Police who handle the special needs child like a main stream criminal wrestle him, cuff his hand behind his back and take him to John Hopkins Hospital for a psychoatric evaluation. It in my opinion is the driver and attendant who needed to be evaluated. The child my son now has permanent mental scaring.
