Default Anne Arundel County Condos

My boyfriend and I currently live in Glen Burnie. We would like to stay in Anne Arundel County if possible. Our ideal condo community would be in the $200k to $300k range, have at least a pool, and be close to public transportation. We like the idea of a master planned community where the community has a clubhouse and shopping inside of it. I looked at Piney Orchard but it is not close enough to public transportation. We would also like to be close to Downtown Baltimore since this is where my boyfriend works. Can anyone tell me what other condo communities are in Anne Arundel County that are like Piney Orchard in Odenton?

There aren't too many mixed-use developments in Anne Arundel County, or in Maryland in general, for that matter. Piney Orchard is close to the MARC train, but light rail might be a better bet for you if your husband works downtown. But you might want to look at Cromwell Fountain off Ordnance Road in Glen Burnie. They have a pool, and it is close to a lot of shopping. It would be less than a 10 minute drive to a light rail stop.
