I strolled through this area during the daytime and the apartments seem fine. But does anyone know if this club/bar is still open nearby

I doubt it will remain open much longer. The Mt Vernon Neighborhood Association has been fighting this issue since so many problems arose from this place. Supposedly, the judge is supposed to rule on it soon. There still are ongoing problems associated with the patrons of the club.
