Owings Mills, Need Specific Neighborhood Info
I am buying a house in OM, and would like some info on a particular area. I used to live in New Town, but it was before I had kids. We found a beautiful SFH on E Pleasant Hill Rd, right off Reisterstown Rd, a mile North of OM Blvd. Its a tiny subdivision of new const. on a dead end St. It is just past Straw Hat Rd which has a big apt complex. Does anyone know if that complex is sketchy? There is also a house we like in New Town, but not as much as the one on Pleasant Hill. Also, the one we like belongs to OM Elementary...any insight on that school? Thanks!
