Towson MD (for sale, houses, neighborhoods)

I am writing this post because in the last week or two of selling my house, I have become aware that alot of the agents leading the newcomers around have little more local knowledge than their clients. Like the Italians moving from Texas led by a British accented realtor who had no idea that the houses in the city were generally less expensive (on a per sq foot basis) than the county- and that the city taxes are basically double and substantial school issues exist . So anyway, I do have a house for sale, but feel free to ask questions concerning the general area-there are great neighborhoods here, where kids still walk to school (good ones), shops and the community pool. There is a business district-Towsontowne Mall (Gap/Nordtroms etc) -I can make it home in under ten minutes, and there is a Rita's Ice within walking distance.
