Hi everybody
I am moving to Baltimore in April only me and my wife no kids I will be working in harbor hospital so I am looking for an apartment 2 bedrooms around it
I know the area immediately next to the hospital is nasty... Brooklyn Park
how about Glen Burnie ? and Colombia? and Severn?
or am I better off staying within the beltway

all responses are greatly appreciated

The places you mentioned are all pretty nice for the most part, although as with pretty much everything in Baltimore area, it can be a little hit or miss, so don't rent anything sight unseen just based on where its located. You can also look in federal hill and locust point which are reasonably safe and fairly nice city neighborhoods that are close by (maybe a 5 minute drive, if that)... that's what I'd recommend.

The reason you are confused is its a fairly large area that has some nice parts and some not so nice...

I wouldn't recommend Glen Burnie or environs. A life traveling Ritchie Highway could lead to possible suicide.
