I'm looking for a place to go to church on Easter Sunday. Specifically, I'm looking for a church with *exceptional* traditional (classical) music. No rock bands or gospel, please. (I appreciate these, too, but not what I'm looking for this year!)

I think the vision in my head is a choir of 100 people, with a professional-quality brass ensemble, and a really big organ played by a maestro.

Does such a thing exist in Baltimore?

Many thanks,

-jbn

Grace United Methodist Church has a solid organist and some extremely fine singers. I've also been to Brown Memorial in the City. Count on brass at both.

I think Old St. Paul's Episcopal church would be right up your alley. The 11am service is exactly what you're describing. It's at the corner of Charles and Saratoga streets just south of Mt. Vernon.
