hi, I got to Towson and I live up there right now, but in the fall I am commuting from around annapolis and I'm wondering if I'll be stuck in a whole lot of traffic. I have a 9:30 class on tuesdays and I'll be leaving to come home around 4pm tuesdays and thursday. I take 695W there and back. There isn't traffic when I come home on the weekends and it takes me about 35 minutes. I was thinking of leaving around 8:30 to make it to my 9:30 class. is that crazy or will I make it on time?

Thanks =]

If you're north of Annapolis, you might make it. If you're in Annapolis or south, you definitely won't.

You'd be missing peak traffic, but not by much. It you find 695 bad, you could try going through downtown Baltimore and taking I-83 (JFX) to either Northern Parkway or Ruxton Rd. You'd be headed in the opposite direction of a lot of people.

Isn't 695 usually worse going in the other direction? (although it is often bad both ways.) Not sure how 97 would be though
