Yankee fan or not, you gotta tip your cap to him. No doubt he's part of why the Yankees can contend every year.
I guess the only downside to having him for 15 years is remembering that he's mortal and wondering what we'll do without him one day! Though he does look almost exactly as he did his rookie year.

The guy just flat out adapts. He lost a few MPH off his fastball but he makes up for it with his control. He now gets more groundouts but always climbs the ladder when he has the 0-2 count and is usually successful. It will be very tough to replace him in a few years but we have done it before with Gossage, and Righetti.
Right now at age 40 he's having perhaps his best season and as good as he has been over the years, he's even better in the post season.
