Agreed and I really do not see any NL getting in the way of that, but they always have to play the games so we will see...

You aint lieing!

Do you think Charlie should bring back the starters so we can eliminate Atlanta this weekend? They have a 1 1/2 game lead in the Wild Card. 2 losses would be disastrous for the Braves.

It's never good for a Philly team to be the favorite.

But, I do bleed Phillies red!

We probably don't need the starters to do that. They are cold as ice right now.

I think its looking like it will be Phils-Reds in the first round. I think the Fightins are going to cruise throught the NL. Don't get me wrong, the Reds are good, and I think they'll get better over the next couple of years, but I see the Reds as being where the Phils were in 2007, an upstart team with a lot of potential. But a good indicator is that the Reds celebrated clinching the division as if it was the World Series, that exactly how it was for the Phils in 2007, thrilled to just be in the postseason. Now, its more of a laid back celebration when the Phils win the division...been there, done that, bigger things to accomplish.

We were the NL favorite last year and made it to the Series, and if we had the pitching last year that we have this year, the Yankees would still be searching for their 27th championship.
