Default NL East Champs
4 straight years now. Dealing with the adversity of injuries and slumps, this team has rebounded quite nicely and took care of business down the stretch. The fans were tremendous once again at an opposing team's place in support as well.

I agree 100%. The Phillies are proof that players' character matters. The Phillies deliberately only sign or trade for players that are good character guys. Clubhouse presence and character is exactly the reason they brought in a guy like Mike Sweeney.

The Phillies would never sign a guy equivalent to Michael Vick. And that's why the Phillies are winners and the Eagles have an empty trophy case.
