In what dramatically reveals and clearly exonerates Kent (T-Rex) Hrbek from the undeserving slander commited against him during the 1991 World Series against Atlanta when Ron Gant stumbled off 1st base and was picked off, the Minnesota Twins have announced a bobblehead promotion commemorating the play that turned this game and the series in the Twins favor. The Atlanta Braves were required to give their approval and apparently happily did so.
The Giants on the other hand have canceled Nate Schierholtz Bobblehead Day.
For some reason this reminds me of the Texas Rangers announcing on January 25th, 2004, that Arod was to be the Captain of the team. On February 17th they were announcing his trade to the Yankees. He was a great club leader during those 23 days.
