Was in OKC to see the triple a team. Wallace was hitting pretty good and I see he got called up. Singleton also looks to have a future.

He's had his moments and is better than what he's shown us this year. His leadership in the clubhouse has been better than his offensive output.

I think Singleton will be called up in September to get his feet wet and to give us a sneak preview of what he can do offensively. Ditto for George Springer. I got to see him play when the Hooks visited Frisco a week ago.

We're about to take the lead for the #1 draft pick.

Well, hopefully, we won't have to do it too much longer. If we play halfway decent in the second half, then we won't have that weight to carry around.

Rays almost lose it. Looks like the Astros have a couple very good players - must be tough watching this season - it might be awhile 'til they become a winner -

He's going to be very good. Right now, he's going back to Oklahoma City so Houston can make room for Justin Maxwell on the roster. But he'll be back soon.

Astros are now 33-60 after Saturday's loss in St Pete. They have 69 games left. They'll need to go 30-39 to avoid 100 losses. Sounds lofty, but then, stranger things have happened.

Rays do that a lot with their minor league pitchers - something I've never understood is how many times can a player be brought up and then sent down. Seems like my team has done it numerous times with a couple of pitchers. Thought there was a rule about that.

I was at tonight game and will attend tomorrow afternoon's game. Looked like the Astros were going to take game #2. Rays have hit a semi-slump Friday and today - got to credit the Astros' pitching staff for that.
