Baseball season 162+post season is too long. Very boring 90% of time. Playoffs and WS where games are very important more interesting.

Yeah of course... They were definitely not alone... So many or most across America was praying and rooting for them.

Case - Congrats as you are the main poster and fan in the thread.

Enjoy the spoils...

This has definitely been an eventful year for the region that has repeatedly put us on the national stage.

Still can't believe the incredible play in game 2 especially, I want to watch that game again someday, a lessor team would have laid down after the Dodger rally in the extra innings, but noooo, the Stro's climbed right back in it. What a struggle, that game should be remembered as the defining moment of this series. The Astros are baseball warriors all the way! As for California, they have been represented quite well this decade with The Giants, and I doubt we will see a better pitcher than Bumgarner (aka Mad Bum) before the close of the decade. The Royals would have won it twice had it not been for Mad Bum, hope the Dodgers can hold it together for next year, they played some fine baseball and I want to see more of them.

Really enjoyed game 5 as well, nice to see Bush Sr can still throw the ball better than Vin Scully.

I'm sure Tanner was pulling for Houston too...

MLB is on fire!

That's what A-Rod said after the end of game 6. Though game 7 wasn't like the earlier games I give Bellinger a lot of credit for his performance.

Congratulations to the Houston Astros!

Just remember, Astros fans, which city opened up its stadium and cheered on your team back in August. I was there....
