Not liking Davey Johnson's bullpen management

Bringing in Mattheus here with the bases loaded and nobody out.

Nats can't afford to give up another run. Mattheus isn't a strike out pitcher or groundball pitcher. This should be Burnett.

Mattheus 15% K's, 50% ground balls
Burnett 20% K's, 52% ground balls
