Since 1996, I seen the yankees win playoff games like this too many times to know a 2-1 lead was nothing.

I think they will win now
would seem to indicate that you did NOT know that

But they were getting destroyed by Gonzalez. Terrible offense.

Most Yankees fans were expecting a lost (well, the chat room I was in was filled with negativity). One of the best games I have ever watched as a Yankees fan. Rivals the 2009 ALDS game 2 home run combo by a-rod/tex but it's even more impressive when you take into account how one player single-handedly saved the Yankees season. So happy right now that I don't even want to go to sleep... but I do have class tomorrow morning lol (or this morning )

When the Yankees tied the game they have all the momentum and once that happens, the game is usually over

But it seems like when they are home in the playoffs, they always rally

as the game extended on, yankees fans got more and more worried. Once the O's get past Robertson and Soriano, I'm not 100 percent confident with the other guys in the bullpen. Fortunately, us yankees fans didn't have to worry about that.

I'm watching it live and I kind of regret cheering for the A's to come back. This would be a scary matchup for the Yanks.
