HATE the Nationals using Bernadina here in the 6th. Tracy is about as likely to get a hit and Bernadina is better served as a pinch-runner/defensive replacement for Morse later in the game.

Storen 65 pitches, and counting, the last 3 games. How can Davey leave him in there?

great? That's a freaking understatement. I just found myself getting excited for the cards. Down to their last strike in the world series TWICE? Now, down to their last strike in the NLDS and they score 4 runs... It's unreal!

Pinch running for Molina made no sense at all. With two out, Molina would have scored on a hit to the outfield, and Chambers would not have scored on an infield hit, so it made no difference either way. But, assuning the tie, they now have to protect a tie or a lead without Molina.

And Matheny started his bullpen rotation an inning too early, so Motte now needs a two-inning save, after giving up a run in his first inning. No sense. Kelly should have pitched the 6th, and I don't know why Salas is even on the roster.

Hey, how did you like that effort from CC? I was at work but caught some of the game. Seems like I missed a great effort.
