Kershaw threw again last night at Yankee Stadium. He did way better in this outing going 5 innings and giving up only one run in a rain delayed game. He actually threw a bull pen session during the rain delay.

Looks like he's on track to being the same old Kershaw.

Wish we could have seen the game on TV, but at least we got the details before we went to bed. It sure looks like we are going to the playoffs. I always worry until there is that little indicator that says "playoff" next to the team in the paper.

Vin Scully's last time broadcasting Dodgers games this weekend and I'm forced to watch and listen to those idiots announcing the Rockies Dodger game because the LA feed is blacked out here. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Final at Dodgers stadium. Next weekend will be his last up in San Fransisco.

I saw his last broadcast is October 2. I'll be able to watch those games. And the Rockies channel actually showed Vin's ceremony tonight. Very touching.

Kind of unbelievable when you think that he started announcing in 1949.

Watching the game now on the MLB channel, his last home game broadcast. He began broadcasting when I was just 1 year old and has been doing it for 67 seasons....amazing.

I'm a Nats fans, but I find it fitting that the Dodgers clinched the division on Vin's final home game at Dodgers Stadium. I wouldn't have wanted that to happen any other way. Hopefully we get a good playoff series!

I was at the game today and watched LA clinch their 4 th consecutive division title!
Vince Skully sang " You are the wind beneath my wings" and there wasn't a dry eye in the house! I am glad that LA beat the Rockies for the title instead of winning because SD beat the Giants (who lost 4-3 to SD.) Quite the send off for Vince... LA winning the final game at home. Beating SFO ( again) for the NLW title made today's win even sweeter! LOL
GO DODGER BLUE!!!!!
