I was at the game tonight & I will say I def will not be there tomorrow. Honestly, unless Kershaw some how goes 8 innings of shut out ball I'm not sure they even win. But even if they do force a game 6 I can't trust Roberts to get the pen manage correctly.

He literally has made bad decisions in all 3 losses with the pen.

I think this game will hurt more than a loss tomorrow. And the only thing that would hurt worse than this game will be losing a game 7.

Even if Kershaw pitches the 8th, who the hell pitches the 9th?? Walker Buehler?? Jansen can't pitch because Roberts made him unavailable with his stupid 8th inning deployment the last 2 days. Pedro Baez?? He's been passed the last 2 nights, so do you want him closing it out?? Madson, like usual this year has been a disaster.

Dodgers can't win if they don't score enough runs. They leave too many runners on base. That batting lineup order can't get in sync. Enough with Freese.

After 4 games:

Boston 23 runs Dodgers 15 runs

Grandal and Barnes are just worthless striking out with a combined 0-4 in game 4.. Bellinger was 0-5. Muncy 1-5 and the biggest overrated player Machado was 1-4....they weren't any better in the last previous 3 games.

Puig's big slam could not save the night, but gave the fans hope for a while, if not a "in the bag" type feeling, was very engaging until near the end when the Red Sox kicked them in the gutter. It will take a miracle for the Dodgers to win this series, but miracles can happen, remember the 2011 Cardinals, the 2016 Cubs, or the 1985 Royals. The Yankees lost the first 2 and came back to win in 1996. It can happen.

I saw Tommy Lasorda out in the crowd last night, hang in there Tommy!

Baez pitched in the 18th inning game. He wasn't skipped. So he should def be in 100% ready mode tonight.

Still a great year nonetheless. 6 straight division titles is very impressive. 2 straight National League pennants. As a fan, all you can hope for is that your team plays big games in October providing you entertainment. And the Dodgers have done just that for this particular fan (me) over the last 6 years. It's been a fun run and I'm thankful for it.

The best team in baseball won the championship...and that wasn't us.

But you don't think the Nationals, D-backs, Rockies, Mets, Cardinals, etc wouldn't want to have been here 2 years in a row?

So....I just have to make sure I understand this correctly: the same manager that takes Rich Hill out Saturday after a hit batter and base hit up 4-0 in the 7th leaves Clayton Kershaw in the game into the 7th inning despite being down already 3-1 in a must win game?? Does Roberts know Kershaw's playoff history in the 7th inning?? It's AWFUL!! And you are trailing!!! Honestly, he should've been out after the Betts home run in the 6th, but I get that he's your ace and up until that point he made 2 bad pitches. You cannot bring him out for the 7th. If I were Roberts I'd be worried about my job for next year, these last 2 nights could very well be fire able offenses, the last 2 years managers have gotten fired for being better.
