Clayton Kershaw by all means. The man is a INCREDIBLE pitcher. He are some of his averaged stats(up to this point through his 23 games):

Imagine if the guy were playing for the Red Sox this year. Kershaw would end the season with 21-27 wins.
Kershaw and of course I am not partial you understand: I just might be one of the biggest Dodger Fans to ever be born!!, well that might be a bit of an exaggeration, but I do love my boys in blue!!
Imma have to go with Kershaw. He has a 2.48 ERA over the past five years, which is really really good. It's not like he's always had a good team behind him either
I'd say that, reliably, Clayton Kershaw is the best, but Scherzer was pretty good last year and he's been wicked good this year. I'd still give the edge to the NL in terms of talent until the AL can start winning some World Series titles on a more regular basis (4 of the last 5 going to the NL). Until this year I also would have thrown Matt Cain and Justin Verlander into the discussion.
Can't argue with the Kershaw pick, Harvey and Jose Fernandez are quite beastly too, and I would add Yu Darvish (unhittable stuff) and of course King Felix
David Price has been fantastic since coming back from injury as well
He went on with a 5.24 ERA and is currently sitting at 3.36
In that time he has pitched 7 games ... he is 5-1 in those starts with 3 complete games (left another tied after throwing 9 innings in a rays win) pitching 57.1 innings over which he has allowed 38 hits, 1 walk, 10 runs, striking out 40 while throwing a total of 645 pitches
What is amazing is that Kershaw has been running at that pace pretty much the whole season
