God told me that he can't stand that d-bag Harper. He also suspects that Murphy has been juicing.

Rick Porcello got his 20th win as the Red Sox pounded the Blue Jays 13-3 to increase their lead in the A.L. East to two games. Always nice to see a 20 game winner in the five man rotation.

Nolan Arenado and Kris Bryant are again tied for the N.L. homerun lead with 37 ...

The Giants will enjoy a slight advantage in the first part of this week in the NL wild card chase. While the Mets must face the Nationals and the Cardinals play the Cubs, San Francisco is at home against San Diego.

The Mets face Mat Latos, a guy that got released from the White Sox earlier this year and than A.J. Cole tomorrow. Even as a Nats fan I'm expecting them to lose at least 1 game.....and if someone better than Rafael Montero was pitching for the Mets against Latos I'd probably pick the Mets in both as Syndergaard/Cole is the matchup Tuesday. Cole beat Syndergaard in the lone game the Nats won in Queens.

Who would have thought this earlier in the year? Did you see the standings in the AL East as of today? First to fourth place separated by just four games.

I am sure this has been previously asked, but will Arod ever play another game? For all his issues, I would really like someone to knock Bonds out of the HR leader slot before Pujols does it 5 years from now .

Arod? I also view Bonds' home run records as fraudulent, but I hardly see how replacing him at the top with another fraud would improve matters.

Texas beat Houston yet again and have now won 14 of the 17 contests. They're also an amazing 32 and 10 in one run games.

After holding a season-long, what seemed to be an insurmountable lead for the A.L. batting crown, Jose Altuve sits at .337 to Dustin Pedroia's .330. I would love for Pedroia surpass him.
