I had to wear stirrups in little league so I have a soft spot for those itchy always falling down things that are supposed to hold up your socks but never did.

I'm a stirrups guy, have never liked the pants down on the shoe tops. When I played baseball in elementary school, a couple of guys decided that the stirrups weren't high enough, and they sewed in a piece of elastic at the bottom so that they could be pulled up higher.

I can imagine them in non-uniform athletic clothing.

Fat, out of shape managers don't make the uniform look good.
